You fitness physical is a comprehensive one-on-one assessment designed to understand your body, goals, and movement patterns before beginning a training program. During this session, we take time to discuss your fitness goals in detail, review your health history, and identify any current limitations or concerns. You’ll complete a series of guided assessments to evaluate balance, agility, upper- and lower-body strength, and overall flexibility.
