Our small group training sessions offer the perfect blend of personalized coaching and team energy. With only four participants per class, you’ll receive focused attention while enjoying the motivation of working alongside others.

Led by a certified functional fitness personal trainer, every session is designed to support you safely and effectively. No matter your starting point, we meet you where you are. Every exercise can be thoughtfully modified to match your individual fitness level and needs, ensuring a safe, empowering, and progressive experience. With expert guidance in a supportive small-group setting, you’ll get the personalized attention you need while progressing at your own pace.

Each week, we rotate our primary focus between balance, strength, and power, creating a well-rounded training plan that keeps your body challenged and engaged. All workouts also incorporate agility, flexibility, mobility, coordination, and bone-building exercises to support total-body health and long-term resilience.

Each 60-minute session concludes with 20 minutes of guided stretching and mobility work, helping improve flexibility, support recovery, reduce stiffness, and leave you feeling refreshed and restored.

This program is especially beneficial for peri- through post-menopausal women, supporting bone density, muscle maintenance, and functional movement—but men get an incredible workout too, making this class a great fit for anyone looking to move better, get stronger, and feel their best.
