Fitness Physical & Goal Setting Session (60 Minutes – Ages 50+)

Your health and fitness journey starts with a personalized 60-minute Fitness Physical, designed to help us understand your goals, current limitations, and gather the information needed to place you in the right small group and design a safe, effective program that fits your individual needs—within a supportive group setting.

Led by a certified personal trainer, this one-on-one session includes a detailed discussion of your health history, fitness goals, and lifestyle, along with guided assessments of balance, strength, flexibility, and fall risk. 

Whether you're just getting started, returning to exercise after a break, managing a chronic condition, or transitioning from surgery or physical therapy, this session gives us the information we need to support you—every step of the way.
