This 30-minute class is thoughtfully designed for adults 50 and older who want to improve flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being. We’ll guide you through a series of gentle stretches and movements—both  standing and on the floor (for those who are able)—to help release tension, increase range of motion, and support healthy joints. With a focus on mindful breathing and proper alignment, this class is low-impact, welcoming, and adaptable to all levels. Whether you're easing back into movement or maintaining an active lifestyle, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and more at ease in your body.
