Minimal equipment is needed for our on line personal training sessions. TheraBand or exercise tubing with handles Chair Step (bottom step of staircase is a good substitute) Mat (if you plan to perform exercises on floor) Dumbbells (water bottles, soup cans, gallon water are some good substitutes) Swiss Ball (optional) I recommend a 5 minute warm up before your on line personal training session. A sample warm up would be: Warm up exercises - 10 chair sit to stands, 10 TheraBand or exercise tubing band pull a parts, and 10 wall push ups. Please let me know during a session if you would like me to demonstrate any of the above exercises. Tips for best on line experience Make sure your device’s volume is turned up so you can hear. So that I can see your form while performing exercises, position your camera accordingly.
Feel free to play music from your end during your session.
